Neon Light Development Pty Ltd uses your name, email address, optional contact number and message to respond to your enquiry about BRAID.

Messages are sent to Matt and the internal Twix/Hermes assistant for review and routing. A general enquiry does not start the investor NDA or research process.

The website and intake service run on AWS in Sydney. Notifications use AWS email delivery and Google Workspace; these providers may process information in other countries. The service uses a hashed connection identifier and a short-lived form token to limit spam. We do not add enquiries to a general marketing list.

Successfully emailed intake records are removed after 90 days. Pending records remain until delivery is resolved. Email and subsequent correspondence have separate retention needs.
